Neighborhood Association
Who we are...

The Prestonwood Estates Neighborhood Association (PENA) is a voluntary non-profit organization comprised of numerous volunteers who are passionate about keeping our neighborhood safe, clean, and friendly. Some of us serve on the board, while others volunteer their time as block captains or by helping with neighborhood events. However, most residents simply want to enjoy the activities and information the board provides or make the most of the resources and services the neighborhood association offers.
Within the Prestonwood Estates Neighborhood Association there are no mandatory membership dues. Instead, we welcome and appreciate voluntary contributions from our members. By joining PENA, you’ll enjoy access to:
-
The PENA Newsletter
-
The PENA Membership Directory
-
Valuable PENA Resources
-
Invitations to PENA Events
We believe in the strength of our community and the power of collective involvement. Your support, whether through time or resources, helps us continue to grow and improve our neighborhood.

Our History

The Prestonwood Estates Neighborhood Association was officially organized in the latter half of 1999.
In the year 2000, we were granted non-profit status. As each year passed, more and more houses joined the association. This provided the opportunity to make additional programs and events available to all neighbors within the borders of Prestonwood Estates.
Our neighborhood includes 315 homes. Our boundaries are Meadowcreek to La Cosa to Hillcrest to Belt Line.

Due to the impacts of COVID and neighborhood turnover, our neighborhood association has not been as active as we would like it to be or has been in the past. We are currently in the process of revitalizing our neighborhood association and look forward to your involvement – whether by joining the board, serving on a committee, or simply becoming a member.
